Shipping policy

Shipping prices are fixed for Canadian orders. Shipping prices and delivery prices will resume without change. All orders will be handled with care, cleanliness and efficiency. Thank you for your order and patience. Once the order leaves our facility and is shipped to the indicated address, it is out of our control.

TRACKING CODES:

All Canadian shipped orders will receive a Canada Post tracking number 3-5 days after order. For tracked international orders, customers must select express shipping at checkout in order to receive a code and faster delivery. 

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping times may change dependent on season, location and carrier. If your parcel takes MORE than 14 days, contact our Customer Service team at shopshndy@gmail.com or @SHOPSHNDY on Instagram or Tiktok. Tariffs may affect customs upon delivery, however we do our best to lower the value, so our customers will either have a lower fee to pay, or in some cases avoid customs payment completely.

Canadian Standard Shipping - 3-5 business days processing time & 3-7 business days shipping time.

Canadian Expedited Shipping - 3-5 business days processing time & 1-2 business days shipping time.

International Standard Shipping - 3-5 business days processing time & 7-14 business days shipping time.

International Expedited Shipping - 3-5 business days processing time & 3-7 business days shipping time.
